PACE is a designated CHAMP center one of a select group of practices across the country with a dedicated, structured program for limb salvage and amputation prevention. For patients with peripheral arterial disease, critical limb ischemia, or diabetic vascular complications, CHAMP represents the highest level of coordinated, interventional care focused on a single outcome: keeping your limbs intact.
The CHAMP program integrates early vascular screening, advanced diagnostic imaging, minimally invasive office-based intervention, and ongoing management all under one roof, with a team that specializes in exactly this. Patients referred to PACE with limb-threatening conditions receive a comprehensive evaluation and a clear care plan, often on their first visit.

Narrowing or blockage of the arteries supplying the heart. Diagnosed and treated using advanced imaging and minimally invasive interventional techniques.

Ongoing management, medication optimization, and interventional support for patients whose heart cannot pump blood efficiently.

Comprehensive evaluation including cardiac imaging, stress testing, and interventional treatment where indicated.

Evaluation and management of irregular heartbeat, fluttering, or pounding sensations.

Evidence-based blood pressure management to protect long-term heart and vascular health.

Arterial narrowing in the legs and feet restricting blood flow a primary focus of the PACE CHAMP program.

The most advanced stage of PAD. PACE specializes in limb-saving interventional treatment.

Conditions affecting veins, arteries, and lymph vessels ncluding aneurysms, blood clots, and circulatory disorders.

Evaluation and minimally invasive treatment for venous insufficiency.

Specialized cardiovascular and vascular management for diabetic patients at risk of heart disease, stroke, and limb complications.

Minimally invasive procedures to open blocked or narrowed arteries in the legs and feet, restoring blood flow and relieving symptoms of PAD and critical limb ischemia.

Removal of arterial plaque using a catheter-based device — an effective alternative or complement to angioplasty for complex vascular lesions.

Catheter-based procedures to treat blockages in the coronary arteries, including percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for patients with coronary artery disease or acute coronary syndromes.

Minimally invasive treatment for varicose veins, venous insufficiency, and related conditions.

Advanced imaging to evaluate heart structure, function, and blood flow — including echocardiograms and cardiac stress imaging.

Non-invasive imaging to assess arterial and venous blood flow, identify blockages, and evaluate vascular anatomy.

Exercise and pharmacologic stress tests to evaluate the heart's response to physical demand and detect ischemia.

A quick, non-invasive screening test comparing blood pressure in the ankle and arm to identify peripheral arterial disease.

Measures electrical activity of the heart to identify arrhythmias, ischemia, and other cardiac conditions.

Cardiovascular-focused diabetes management to reduce long-term risk of heart disease, stroke, and vascular complications.
Coordinated wound care for diabetic patients with lower extremity ulcers — managed in partnership with the Mod Pod podiatry team at Heartstride Health.
A membership-based program providing patients with unlimited appointments, direct access to the PACE team by phone, text, and email 24 hours a day, and priority scheduling. The concierge program is a supplement to standard insurance-based care and is ideal for patients who want a proactive, continuous relationship with their cardiovascular specialist.

Every PACE provider brings specialized cardiac and vascular training to a practice built around a single commitment: treating the whole patient, not just the condition.

Dr. Odiete took the time to review every part of my history and explained what was happening in a way I could actually understand. I left with answers and a clear plan.
